Deep audits (Reports and weekly Monitor audits) run on our audit provider’s cloud infrastructure (Apify) and load pages in a standard browser, so pages behave as they do for visitors. Those visits don’t carry the VigiloBot user agent.

What it does

• Sends normal page requests at a gentle rate.
• Free scans and quick checks read only public pages, response headers and DNS records.
• Never submits forms, never logs in, never places orders, never load-tests.

Why it visited

Someone ran a scan of your site: a free scan from our homepage, or a Report or Monitor they confirmed they are authorised to order. Free scans read your homepage only.

How to allow it

If your firewall or bot protection blocks VigiloBot, allow the user agent above. For a Report, we’ll email you if we can’t get through.

How to block it

Email hello@vigiloweb.com from an address at your domain and we’ll add it to our do-not-scan list within 2 working days.
